The bed was not comfortable, that's sad thing.

the location offered was best possible near to the falls as well as casino, falls and clifton hill. moreover, it was near great canadian midway spacious arcade. lots of food options really close to the venue.

Whole place was fairly clean with magnificent views ; perfect location to all attractions. In the gorgeous room we booked there was an extremely comfy bed and a clean bathroom.

Every detail about this fully equipped hotel was good, including location and rooms. The extra touches like scrambled eggs, cereals and bacon for breakfast, I liked it. They made my stay fun! Great lobby.

The breakfast was exceptional and stuff was willing to help. Politeness from the whole staff. We appreciated the local beach near our hotel. Also, planet hollywood was max 15 minutes walk to. The pool was heated and the views where exceptionally good.

Breakfast was fresh made and the view was panoramic! I thoroughly enjoyed having it's own balcony, under-floor heating and coffee. Pool was very clean and beds were incredible. Hotel next to restaurants and bars. Moreover, I could explore Great Canadian Midway Spacious Arcade as it was next to the place.

Very very good breakfast, discreet staff, I appreciated pleasant location. Plenty of supplies in the room: coffee, satellite TV and climate control. The service was helpful in my opinion. Moreover, WiFi was available in all rooms. It was an easy walk to Yuk Yuk's Komedy Kabaret, where you can have dinner.

Very pleasant staff, helpful communication, historic location. Hotel rooms were perfect and well equipped. The property was located about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Quick check in and in general exemplary service. The stay at this wonderful property was a very delightful one.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL, the grounds were fairly clean. Room was luxurious and nice size, included newly renovated bathroom. Peaceful location to Niagara Falls State Park. Loved that the venue offered starbucks in the reception. The property was family-friendly and we had a very comfortable stay.

WiFi was terrible, not so good views.

fabulous central location, very well furnished rooms and hard-working personnel. satellite tv, coffee facilities and two windows in the room and the good bed. breakfast was sumptuous and served in the restaurant, plenty of food. a clean beach, wonderful view.
